Ear ringing with sinusitis and DNS
Hi
My right ear is been ringing since March 7th2023 after I came home from a bike ride with my cousin
Went to ENT specialist,CT PNS done
It showed Deviated nasal septum, sinusitis, bulky adenoids
Audiometry was done showed Mild moderate SNHL, negative ME pressure
ENT doc has prescribed
Monteslor
Coral calcium B12
Flutiflo FT spray
For30 days and follow up with another audiometry
But I want to know when will the ear ringing stop?
I used to take inderal la 20mg, since Dec2022, stopped in April, then etizola plus 5, stopped in May,
now only on Monteslor and coral calcium B12
Pls suggest something as what can I do to solve the problem, facing sinus issues as well with blocked ears and congestion and blocked nose while sleeping
I've been meditating and doing pranayam since 2 months ,it has stopped anxiety completely
But want something to be done
