Ear question.
Hi ! Sometimes but not often, I get a watery inner ear tickle that feels like it rushes out of my ear canal (no fluid actually comes out of my ear though, just note) i usually just get a q- tip or stick my finger in my ear and wiggle it around and the tickle goes away. why do i get this? i know i’m not sick, and it isn’t fluid or a bug, is it earwax?

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days without treatment. Clinical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
