Asked for Male, 23 Years

Ive been having a lot of pain in and around my ear. They have been very stuffy too. I've been pulling black and blue looking things from them for awhile, this didn't hurt just itchy. I believed this was mold and fungus, otitis media. Trapped water being the cause, causing middle ear fungal infection. tried antibiotics and various ear drops, but to no avail. I then checked behind the ears , and there I've seen weird disfigured bumps and the ears looked twisted and turned inwards. Ill show pics
