Thanks doctor, now I am attaching second operation and ear ct scan report , kindly look this and give me the suggestion, it's need another operation or it will be recover after medicine.

Your jaw joint is disturbed with the injury. If there is no problem in chewing the food observation is enough but if problem while opening and closing the mouth is present then a surgery to stabilize the jaw joint is nescessary. Your doctor would be a right person to take the decision as he has examined you.
