Sometimes I hear less than my ear, I feel that my ears need to be cleaned, so please suggest me at your best how i am actually do.

It possible when someone has wax in ear.
If you don't have any other problems then u can start soliwax ear drops

But we do not wether you are having wax or not
And a basic hearing test along with ear examination will be helpful for further evaluation
