You seem to have undergone Reconstructive surgery of the ear known as tympanoplasty. Sometimes after tympanoplasty patients can have decreased hearing if ear bones are not properly reconstructed. You should consult ENT specialist and get a pure tone audiogram to identify cause for your problem
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
