One of my ear has permanently damaged and the remaining ear is not functioning properly though i have been using ear machine. Not only that ,i am getting to hear very uncommon buzzz sound frequently

Hi I would suggest you to get your machine recalibrated by an audiologist and consider for upgradation to a digital hearing aid. Regards
