Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have holes in my ears which i came to know just 2 months back. I'm on continues medicines as well. Meanwhile i suffered from fungal infection and bacterial infection as well in my ear. Now doctor is saying for eardrum surgery to cure this issue. I'm having tinnitus as well. Is there any other way to cure this without surgery or any operation. I had no ear related issue before this.

If hole is small and recent onset you can take medicine and see the progress. If no improvement then surgery is recommended.also do audiometry test to assess the hearing status.
