It is important to know the reason for that hole ... Usually it's either because of a condition called safe middle ear infection or unsafe middle ear infection... If it's safe, then one of the options is not getting operated and managing with medicines and personal care... If it's unsafe then operation is necessary... You can get the operation done by an ent surgeon
