I want to clarify to you that there can't be any waste material in your ear unless you put it ! what we call it as wax is nothing but protective material produced by our own cells and glands inside the ear.
you seem to be cleaning your ear regularly which causes constant trauma to ear skin starting a vicious cycle of itching and injury. kindly stop using ear buds. that's mostly enough to treat your condition
