Ear pain when sleeping and headache
I am suffering from very severe headache and ear pain when sleep , Ct scan PNS done , brain MRI done Audiometry normal, impedance audiometry normal, Should I do nasal endoscopy??

Do you have any nasal symptoms? Ear blockage? Or nasal blockage? Any allergic issues? Running nose or frequent sneezing? Many times frequent cold may be associated with these types of symptoms like ear pain, blockage, headache and nose symptoms. Start taking Tab. Enzoflam one tablet after lunch and after dinner for 3 days. Till then Consult the nearest ENT doctor for nasal endoscopy and to rule out any other cause through examination.

Start taking Steam Inhalation 3-5 times a day. avoid a blast of cold air or Ac near the face.
