Ear pain - Tragus
I have ear pain in right ear near tragus area, pains only if I touch ear or sleep on that side. Doctor prescribed cetraxal medicine online due to coronavirus situation and said that its ear infection. Used medicine for 1 day. Pain did not decrease. I have had ear wax problems twice many years before. Will it be ear wax or infection ?

It could be any of those two. It’s always better to examine the ear. You can take a pain killer for the time being.

Mostly sounds like an infection. Though presence of wax may be worsening it.
