Ear pain inside/backside
My ear aches from time to time nd i have to use a lot of ear buds....while sittin in a plane it aches the most ...kindly help me out.

its normal to have ear pain during flying at high altitudes. changes in pressure will cause such symptoms use chewing gums or perform pressure equalization exercises in plane for significant improvement in your symptoms please avoid using ear buds they will traumatise your ear rather than cleaning kindly consult nearby ENT specialist if your symptoms persist
