Ear pain hard wax in right ear
I have pain I right ear and at times there is irritation at night. Morning no pain. I can feel hard wax if I touch inside by my finger. If i touch wax there is pain in that area. Previous year my left ear got inflammed. Doctor gave me ear drops with cipzen d plus tablet to avoid swelling for 5 days. Wax smoothly came out.

As per your description you might have developed acute otitis externa with impacted wax.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
