Ear pain is because of eustachian tube blockage due to cold.
You need to take nasal Decongestants, systemic Decongestants and anti-inflammatory medicines

Ear pain is due to eustachian tube blocks.
Have decongetents,anti allergic, anti-inflammatory tabs.
Otrivin nasal drop.
Steam inhalation .
