Ear pain and whistle sound
I have ear pain both side and whistle sound both side
It pains when I hear any high or moderate high sound then buzzing sound also in both ear( TV sound, fan sound motor sound, taking phone)
Left ear pains and buzz sound more than right ear

I went to ent specialist multiple times cleared wax and prescribed medicine still not cure
Doctor prescribe ear drop lidozone also but it increased my pain and buzzing sound
