Only Topical application anesthesia medicine in ear is helpful, that also should be used with caution. Decongestant nasal drop in proper position is important to remove secretion from middle ear in Acute otitis media. PARACETAMOL IS THE PREFERRED PAIN KILLER USED IN BREASTFEEDING MOTHER WHOSE BABY IS 3 months OLD. HIFANAC P is not advisable to take during breastfeeding, as components of Hifenac-P tablet can pass in breast milk and produce undesirable effects in the breastfed baby. Hifenac-P Tablet belongs to a group of medicines known as 'non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs' (NSAID). It is composed of aceclofenac and paracetamol. Prostaglandins are important for the normal development of the central nervous, cardiovascular, and renal systems, and there is evidence that the proper genesis of these systems may be adversely effected by NSAID exposure infant.
