My left year has been operated and again there is a hole in the drum.. What should be done now?

You seem to have undergone tympanoplasty surgery for perforation of ear drum. This surgery sometimes may fail and usually revision surgery is recommended. Since there is no other treatment to close the perforation you should consider undergoing revision tympanoplasty
