Ear pain and feeling of numbness
I'm having continuous ear pain and have a swelled up region inside my ear and it hurts when I touch it. I can't make out if it's a pimple or a swelling . I haven't taken any medication till now. But it's been 3-4 days since I have benn experiencing it. I don't suffer any hearing problem though and was recovering from cold and cough in the past few days. Please recommend me some painkillers as well as it's hurting me.

As per your description it might be due to acute otitis externa..it's a very painful condition.. keep ear dry and untouched.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
