Hi, I have Ear Keloid after i got pierced and its being around 15 to 20 yrs now. I'm 32yr girl and i need to remove this keloid as soon as possible. Please help and suggest the best treatment for this. Thankyou Deepa Munda

Intralesional injection may help to reduce the size of keloid..but it will take times and multiple injections..if you want immediate response go for excision.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
