Ear itching and pain,discharge from ear

Asked for Female, 41 Years

Hi,I get constant itching in both my ears and I can't resist itching using ear buds.Now there is some pain and ear discharge also.This problem is there since my childhood and it keeps coming back after few months of relief.Pl advise a permanent cure.

Ear drum perforation should be ruled out as there is recurrent ear discharge and pain.if there is perforation surgery should be done.visit an ENT specialist for assessment.
