Ear drum CSOM and no ossicle

My sister is suffering from CSOM. 2 years earlier she was having a pain in her ear so we went to a near by doctor and he used hydrogen peroxide to get the wax out bt it resulted in facial paralysis and ear drum rupture and ear infection. I think your sister might be suffering from post traumatic persistent tympanic membrane perforation, which is called as chronic otitis media. Permanent treatment for this condition is surgery known as tympanoplasty. Usually surgery is safe and outcomes are good if done by a experienced ENT specialist. Usually hearing levels will also increase after surgery
