Ear concern if using in ear phone
There is a concern on using in ear headphone or ear phone. Its told that using in ear phone is not good for prolonged use. Since it causes more wax and using in ear headphone causes it to be pushed inside ear causing more problem. Is it possibly true ? This topic is little technical but I wish to know doctors perspective. If I am using in ear phone for like 3 hours straight , is it bad for my ears ?

As long as you keep the volume low, and the earphone fits well, you will be fine. However, you must consult an ENT Specialist every 6 months for wax buildup which can be suctioned out easily by the professional. After the wax removal, you will realise that you can further reduce the volume of the earphones and still hear clearly. However you could check out a new type of bone conduction  sunglasses(ZUNGLE VIPER BLUETOOTH SUNGLASSES) online which you could pair over Bluetooth that will keep your ear canals free. That seems the best solution for you!
