You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold and air travel during attacks of cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days even without treatment. You need not take any antibiotics or painkillers. You can use anti Histamine medicines for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can do valsalva maneuver for quick recovery
