Its been 20 days or more my ear cartilage is swollen.its pains but not much.what should I do?

Get it checked at your nearest ENT practitioner to rule out the presence of perichondritis which may require admission to hospital and IV antibiotics. If it's not the above then you can take antiinflammatory medication.
