He cleaned his ears with buds after that his ear right ear is blocked he cannot hear from it properly there is no pain in his ears but just he is unable to hear from right ear.

Seems like either you have pushed the wax further inside or you have injured your ear drum. Kindly don't attempt to clean your ears at home without proper equipment nor without vision. Please Visit an ENT surgeon to know the exact nature of your problem. Regards
