I have been suffering from ear and throat pain simultaneously.i cannot even swallow food and drink water and I have used tablets for mouth ulcers can u suggest me the medicines

Hi...based on the symptoms you have given seems like you are suffering from ACUTE PHARYNGITIS....!
Next Steps
you need a course of antibiotics....with oral antiseptic mouth gargles...take a picture of your oral cavity and send it to me if possible...
