I am getting pain in my ear(inside) whenever I am trying to listen something through headphone within 2~3 minutes.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I don't feel there is anything wrong with the ear, may be the earphone is not proper for you. You need soft tip earphones. If it still persists, get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
