You may be having impacted wax inside your ear canal which might have causing ear pain and blocking sensation. If confirmed it has to be removed under vision by a specialist

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use Otorex ear drops to soften the wax so that ENT specialist can remove it easily
