Give furoxone 2.5. Ml every 6th hourly for 5 days. Enterogermina ampoules one ampoules two times a day for 5 days. Syrup Digene 5 ml two times a day Soft bland diet like rice or sago porridge, yogurt, arrow root biscuits, carrot juice or apple juice. Get motion and urine tested again after 5 days

As per report you should contact pediatrician, so he or she will start antibiotic as per sensitivity report...

This child needs antibiotic which are written as S in the report. Only then will E. coli be eliminated

E. coli is also normally also present in stools, but in less numbers.So lab should have mentioned the amount of CFU. That’s more significant
