Dyslipidaemia with hyperuricemia
I am 40y/m , hypertensive and asymptomatic. My routine tests reveal raised TG above 500mg/dl, raised cholesterol, vldl. Decreased Hdl. Normal Ldl My uric acid is 9mg/dl. Borderline creatinine 1.2mg/dl and normal urea. My liver enzymes raised marginally but bilirubin normal. CBC, urine ,TFT, blood glucose are WNL. I m on telma 40mg/day for 6months and normotensive now. What would you advise for dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia and deranged LFT.

Need to consult as to be started on statin with fenofibrate but SGOT/PT needed, USG abdomen should be done to see fatty liver and kidney. Treatment for hyperuricemia to be started
