I would advise you to go to a gastroenterologist and get evaluated as this problem has lasted for over 1 month and undergo investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem. Kindly have an ORS supplementation. These following lifestyle changes may help:
- Don't skip meals, eat a healthy and well balanced diet.
- Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food
- Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day
- Exercise regularly (minimum of 30-45mins)
- Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters
- Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking
- Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
