Dynaheal substitute
After my c section one month back, doctor had prescribed dynaheal ointment to be applied on incision for faster healing.Now that dynaheal is not available in my city, please suggest an alternative.The composition is Povidone Iodine IP 50 mg (0.5% w/w available Iodine) Metronidazole IP 10 mg Sucralfate USP 70 mg In Ointment base q.s.

After one month of LSCS,no ointment is required.just maintain hygeine .your stitches should have healed by now

U can use oint T- bect containing mupirocin which is better than dynaheal

You can ask in pharmacy with the required composition, if any available they ll suggest or else you can use neosporin power or betadine ointment or t bact ointment.
