Dust allergy
My mother experiences continuous sneezing, severe burning in the eyes, and itching every year after February 15. She has a dust allergy and has been taking Montek LC tablets, but she is not getting much relief. She is also a diabetic patient and goes for a morning walk regularly.

Your mother’s symptoms suggest seasonal allergic rhinitis triggered by dust and seasonal changes. Since Montek LC is not providing much relief, Ayurveda can offer a holistic approach. Ayurvedic Suggestions: Medicines: Haridrakhand – 1 tsp with warm milk daily. Sitopaladi Churna – 1 tsp with honey twice daily. Anu Taila (Nasal Drops) – 2 drops in each nostril every morning. Trikatu Churna – ¼ tsp with warm water before meals. Lifestyle & Home Remedies: Steam inhalation with Ajwain or Eucalyptus oil. Drink Tulsi-Ginger tea daily. Apply cow ghee inside nostrils before going out. Avoid dust exposure and use a mask while outdoors. Since she is diabetic, ensure medications do not contain excessive sugar.
