It is good to prepare your body for every menstrual cycle before you actually get it.In physiotherapy I recommend you to do keggle exercises regularly and you can take hot fomentation to relieve the pain and spasm during periods. You should not exert too much during your periods
Hi, Thanks for question,in acupuncture there is very good results with warm cupping/ salt moxa on some specific body points, then after even there is no need to take pain medicines many times, & it makes the whole cycle very shooting.
