Realistically speaking, are 6 hours sleep enough to stay healthy? I'm asking since I would like to train myself to stay healthy and fresh with 6 hours of sleep. Can you advise on how I can train myself.

At least 6-8 hrs sleep is necessary...it varies from person to person If you don't feel fresh after 6 hrs of sleep,that means your require more hrs of sleep... Consult me online for further help

It’s 6-8 hrs in 24 hr I disturbed REM sleep. Now it’s like living in Zero. So accordingly you need to train yourself. Discuss online
