Duplex left Kidney with hydronephrosis
I was having severe pain on my left side so I went for CT scan. I have provided the findings below. Please help. Duplex left kidney with mild hydronephrosis of upper moiety due to calculus at pelvi-ureteric junction. Mild hydronephrosis of upper moiety is noted due to calculus at pelvi-ureteric junction measuring 5.3mm Phlebolith is noted in left hemipelvis. Small splenunculus measuring 6mm is noted
