  4. Dull left scrotal pain. Have this pain!

Dull left scrotal pain
I am having dull left scrotal pain for some time. My surgeon told to use tight underwear as scrotal support. But when ever I wear a tight underwear, I have a pain in my left testicle and have to adjust to make it go away. My scrotal ultrasound is completely normal. Then why do I have this pain
