I have been having a headache just behind the eyes and it increases as I try to read something. I often have to study 7-8 hours a day but from the past 7 days, I am not able to do that. I read for 20 minutes and my eyes start paining. I checked with the eye doctor and my eye power is -0.25 both eyes. He did not advise me for glasses.
I am unable to understand the cause of the headache.

Hi.... Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a headache.
Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a headache.
Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga.
Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well.
Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on.
