Dull ache at left of the lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 28 Years

When I take deep breaths I am experiencing very dull ache at my lower left side of the abdomen. I have acidic reflux from past 4 years. And present i am doing intermittent fasting by not eating anything in the morning and only having dinner
