Due date - pcod related?

Hi, my date of period was 24th last mon th but have not got it yet. Almost 15 days over. I test for pregnancy with pregasure but result is negative. Do I still consider to wait or shall visit doc? Pls. Help. My sister says it could be pcod. Is it so ? Thanks

Periods can be delayed by several factors. You can wait for 1 more week and repeat pregnancy test if still delayed. See your gynaecologist for assessment. Keep a tab on your dates. If subsequent menses are normal, you need not worry

Hello please visit doctor to clear doubts and getting more test done. Occasionally periods can delay because of stress. You can repeat pregnancy test after 2 days

Hello....... Polycystic ovarian syndrome is most commonly seen now a days... polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common cause for irregular periods in these days. It's due to hormonal imbalance between LG and FSH. Common symptoms are irregular periods, hirsutism, weight gain.. It's long term problem.. You can wait this time, if it repeats consult gynecologist.
