The above report shows that baby is at low risk for certain syndromes at present. Regarding white discharge, it is normal in pregnancy, but if it is thick , curdy white, foul smelling, blood stained you may have to get evaluated. You sleep on either sides during pregnancy, avoid sleeping flat..
