Splashing water inside the eyes will disturb your precious tear film. Please do not splash water inside the eyes. Use Refresh tears eye drops 4 -6 times. Take a short break of about 20 seconds after every 20 minutes while working on the computer. You may need some more drops if the severity of dry eyes is more. Please consult an ophthalmologist online or in clinic
