I have computer job and sit infront of computer for long time. My eyes become dry and feels like a pin in my after it becomes dry.
I keep splashing water but it gives a short relief. This happens only while using computer. Please suggest me something with the dryness of the eye.

washing with water will wash dust particles which is giving you a temporary relief.
But with that you should follow other advices too
Avoid rubbing
Maintain hygiene
Blink more
Drink water adequately
Cold compression
Cold water lavage
Follow rule of 20-
Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance
Reduce brightness of the screen
Away from AC Airflow
Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel
May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination

Splashing water inside the eyes will disturb your precious tear film. Please do not splash water inside the eyes.
Use Refresh tears eye drops 4 -6 times. Take a short break of about 20 seconds after every 20 minutes while working on the computer.
You may need some more drops if the severity of dry eyes is more.
