Dryness for my baby

My daughter is 11 months old. Her skin is very delicate and had developed rashes on her face. My doctor told it might be due to dryness and asked me to change the soap from Johnson baby to TEDIBAR and also to use Atogla lotion . So is it suggestible for my baby or pls suggest the best soap or any other good moisturis.
