Hi!!...I have a major issue with my sensitive skin...The problem is there will be a lot of sweating in my palm (extremely) during summer and when the winter comes..exactly the opposite will happen...my palms and fingers will become extremely dry...It will be very difficult even to hold things...For example: I can't hold a pen and write properly during this dryness...I have used all types of moisturising lotions and the solution is for oly 2 to 3 hrs...need suggestions to solve this problem of mine...

You seem to be atopic. You have palmar hyperhidrosis and winter dryness...so in winters you need to apply moisturiser repeatedly. For summers you can use Aldry lotion under the guidance of a dermatologist for sweating.
