Drying skin, pimple spots oily open pore
I earlier had combination skin, now in summers it is mostly dry with dry cheeks and nose and oily forehead. Small open pores and pimples non pus . And brown spots on nose. Like freckles. How to treat

Which are secreting too much oil which is causing pimples open pores and white heads
The best treatment would be to use a salicylic acid based facewash and good exfoliating agents
