Dryfruits weight gain
I m started taking dryfruits smoothi of all dryfruits nuts and seeds for weight gain and hairs so should i continue it for long term bcz i heard that according to Ayurveda you should take it for 3 months then leave it for 1 month again start then what isthe correct process and also i want to drink healthy antioxidants juice of beetroot carrot aonla so how ddo i manage to take this both i mean what should be the timing of this both plz tell me and also i heard that raisins dates figs berries have so much sugar content and sulfide loke preservatives so is it safe to take ?? plz answer all my 4 questions

Hello... In Ayurveda while planning any medicine or diet, agnibala or digestive power is given importance, also some food items are considered as can be taken on all days and some others are told not to be taken on every day. I think the concept you told "three months take and leave one month" is due to this fact You can take both dry smoothie and also antioxidant juices, if your digestive power allows you You can take these in an alternative manner so that you are not taking these on a daily basis Also while taking please consider if you have any allergy to any of the ingredients, if anything noticed pls stop. In case of preservatives, you may put these fruits in turmeric water for half an hour then wash and use

You have to analysed according to your doshas and Agni.. Then diet has to plan for weight gain.. Unless your body's digestive fire is not able to digest.. nothing will help.
