You can apply petroleum jelly under the eyes, 2 to 3 times daily. After working on laptop for 1 to 2 hours, take break for 15 to 20 minutes. In this time, try to close eye for some time and cover eyes with both hands or move outside and fix your gaze to some distant object. Take tab Becosoule one morning and one evening for 15 days.

Apply a gentle under-eye moisturizer twice daily. Good options: Hyaluronic acid–based eye cream (for hydration) Ceramide or peptide eye cream Petroleum jelly/Vaseline at night (very safe and effective) Caffeine eye gel in the morning (helps mild dark circles) Also: reduce screen strain (20–20–20 rule), sleep 7–8 hrs, keep good hydration.

Dryness under the eyes is very common, especially if you spend long hours in front of a laptop, sleep less, or stay in air-conditioned rooms. The skin in this area is the thinnest on the face, so it loses moisture easily and shows dark circles more quickly. To improve this, start using a gentle under-eye moisturiser twice daily. Products containing hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or vitamin E work very well to restore hydration. You can also apply plain Vaseline or Aloe vera gel at night to lock in moisture. Avoid rubbing the eyes and reduce screen time when possible. Follow the 20-20-20 rule ,every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. If the dryness is persistent, itchy, or causing flaking, it may be mild dermatitis, and a short course of a low-strength under-eye safe cream like 0.5 percent hydrocortisone (for 3 to 5 days only) can help -but this should be used with guidance. If symptoms don’t improve in a week or worsen, an in-person consultation is important to rule out allergies, eczema, or nutritional deficiencies.
