Hi i am not sexually active, i regular apply sarso oil on penis but my penis skin head is extremely dry, some hardness feel when touching even after regular applying sarao oil and massaging, what else can i apply to cure, is it okay to apply and massage oil on penis and penis head, because i read somewhere you have not to apply anything on penis that it can harm the nerves
