Dry skin and pimples
Dry skin issue scaly and dry patches mostly in chin and cheeks areas.
Pls suggest how to overcome.
Earlier used Cetaphil but it is also creating pimples after use.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. If your using a facewash then replace it with a cleanser. It will not make your skin dry. However kindly video consult for to diagnose whether they are dry patches or fungal infection or dermatitis.
